We want to welcome you into the Professional Global Business Development (GBD) team. We are an agile team dedicated to introducing new customers and consumers around the world to our great brands and range of coffees and teas via our Partner network (business-to-business). Our objective is to grow current markets as well as strategically enter new growth markets. The medium term goal for most these markets is to develop the business to a scale which warrants setting up a JDE presence there in the future. Our International Key Account team is also part of the GBD department.
Tasks and responsibilities
During your internship, you will be assisting in the execution of the Growth Drivers and Marketing strategy towards Partners in a range of markets globally, from Europe, to the US, Africa, Middle East and Asia. You will do this in line with the centrally defined marketing, sales and brand strategies, activities and guidelines. At times, you will also get a chance to work together with agencies.
You will be involved in Portfolio management, organizing the Partner Event in March 2022, Cross Sell for the partners as well as for the International Key Accounts, including hands-on operational activities like sending samples and arranging new product listings. For market research / desk research it is about identifying white spaces and size of the prize in different markets as well as for new value propositions
You will be truly part of the Global Sales team and you will work together the Global Business Development Managers of all GBD countries, the Partner Marketing Specialists and the International Key Account managers.
