Job Description

The Digital Content Specialist is part of the Global Media & Digital team. This role is responsible for ensuring JDE martech, processes and competences related to digital creatives and content are fit for purpose to deliver on our marketing ambition. This entails partnering up with IT and brand teams to deliver on the right tools to enable efficiency in content management  (whether this be a digital campaign development. Digital Asset Management system, our CMS for web or tooling used for transcreation). The role is also responsible for embedding the digital ways of working into the integrated communication framework and driving the right trainings so that every marketeer at JDE is ready to adopt and embrace digital.  

As a Digital Content Specialist you will play a key role in orchestrating the development and delivery of global content – together with IT, global brand teams and local marketeers – to ensure profitable growth by leveraging our marketing tools.

Responsibilities: 
•    Responsible for JDE creative and content related Martech strategy (DAM, CMS, Transcreation tools, Social Media Management) for retail marketing, by voicing business requirements, working with IT and procurement to identify the right technology products solutions and ensuring these integrate together to deliver an omnichannel experience
• Embed digital into the existing marketing processes to ensure digital is at the heart of the creative development process, that the tools in place are utilized by the organization in an optimal way and there is clarity into the roles and responsibilities. 
• Work with broader team to ensure availability of analytics on content usage and performance, drive insight creation on quality and performance of digital content and bring this learnings back into the global and local teams.
•    Responsible for demand management of digital content and activation campaigns related projects, coming from Markets or Global teams and requiring orchestration across digital touchpoints.
•    Team up with agency partners, local and global brand teams to ensure efficient and timely content delivery. This includes finding structural solutions to ensure all content is fit for purpose and SEO optimized.
•    Deploying the digital tools to ensure adoption in market, designing trainings to increase the digital maturity in the organization and to ensure clarity in the ways of working, processes and roles and responsibilities.

For this role as a Digital Content Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

•    3+ year digital experience with a proven track record in management of digital content (briefing, development, delivery, measurement)
•    Experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns and projects including DAM, Website CRM, Social Media and Marketing automation
•    Strong understanding of overall digital eco system in media and marketing 
•    Solid knowledge of media and website analytics tools including GA
•    Knowledge and experience of content optimization and experimentation techniques (CRO)
•    Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content and creative processes 
•    Success in driving YOY effectiveness and efficiency improvements 
•    Proven track record of efficiently driving projects to conclusion 
•    Highly creative and collaborative profile with experience in identifying unmet needs that deliver growth.
•    Demonstrating excellent communication, strategic & analytical skills, successful management experience in company focused on growth 
•    Fluent in English
