Job Description
In this role you are part of the Global IT Core functions department. The Global IT Core functions acts as a technology partner for Operations, R&D and the supporting functions of JDE. By improving operational excellence of the Core business functions of JDE– we strengthen the core purpose of our company: to bring a coffee for every cup.
As an intern you'll provides management support to the technology teams e.g. that drive the technology roadmaps for the business functions e.g. Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Finance and HR.
You will work on creating business value through continuous monitoring of key performance indicators as well as the implementation of the practices surrounding documentation, communication, and metrics related to the core functions technology strategy. Other asks could be:
- Support & Involvement of project related tasks;
- Support reporting on project activities, progress, risks & decisions to executive management – to keep project manager and executive managers move forward toward execution of the project;
- Engage and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure project team connection & engagement and focus.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- A bachelor's or master's study in computer science, information systems or business (administration) related field. Preferably in the final phase of Master’s education
- You are a team player with strong communication skills & analytical mindset;
- Experience with MS Office suite; digital savvy
- Ability to communicate (oral & written) in a structured way
- You show strong personal effectiveness, organized, detail orientated and able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time while being tight on deadlines;
- You like to work with numbers, accurate, analytical
- Team player, enthusiastic, pro-active and curious
Preferred: - Industry affinity with a FMCG / CPG company
- Experience with project management reporting tool
Additional Information
To be successful in this role you need to be enrolled at a University for the whole duration of the internship and this needs to be a mandatory part of your study curriculum. Please note that if you are a non-EU citizen you need to be enrolled at a Dutch University to be considered as a candidate.
The monthly internship allowance is € 450,- for a HBO student or € 500,- for a WO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek. We also provide additional support if daily travelling to work is required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
