Job Description

You will be part of the infrastructure team which provides end user services, infrastructure and network services to all of JDE’s offices and factories across the globe. This provides us a wide scope for identifying and executing initiatives on sustainability. As a part of the team, you will collaborate with us on the following:

  • Bring onboard, knowledge of the recent trends on sustainability to help identify initiatives
  • Support prioritization and alignment with organizational objectives (with the development of business cases)
  • Develop high level execution plan
  • Work with internal or external teams on execution
  • Create materials to inform and engage GIS personnel on sustainability
  • Help identify levers/criteria that can be used to determine impact of new projects on the environment/or on sustainability
  • Align reporting of the initiatives according to industry specific standards on sustainability + in line with corporate reporting

To be successful in this role, you need to:

  • A bachelor's or master's study in computer science, information systems or business (administration) related field, preferably in the final phase of Master’s education;
  • Pursuing sustainability as one of the electives;
  • Must have Business Proficiency in English.
  • You are someone that is willing to explore what organizations can do to lead a sustainable lifecycle within IT
  • You are able to clearly communicate this way of working and convince people based on facts and figures;
  • Our objectives resonate with what you want to achieve.

Other requirements:

  • You show strong personal effectiveness, are organized, detail orientated and are able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time while being on schedule;
  • Experience with the MS Office suite.

Additional Information

The monthly internship allowance is € 500,- for a WO student and € 450,- for a HBO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek.
