In the career opportunity of Global Procurement Manager Media, you will have a senior role in the JDE Global Procurement team reporting to the Global Procurement Director Media, Marketing, HR & Professional Services. In this role, you manage a key category and are closely connected to the global marketing team and the JDE markets, as you will provide guidance and insight into JDE’s global media implementation and investment plans. Your'll be working out of our Amsterdam and Utrecht office, but you will be also be travelling abroad for meetings and visits to JDE offices around the world.
In this role, you will:
- Create and lead the implementation of a new Media sourcing strategy in close collaboration with the JDE Global Media & Digital Director.
- Lead annual global Media Value Creation initiative ensuring continuous year-on-year improvement of JDE Media investments against set cost and quality targets is delivered.
- Run and optimize the Media agency performance measurement programs, establishing and analysing performance metrics. Media auditing (with JDE media auditor) and global SLE evaluation process.
- Launch and maintain an SRM program with Media agency. Proactively manage global supplier relationships to deliver outstanding service quality cost, quality and cash performance.
- Measure and benchmark performance to ensure that JDE has the most competitive quality and cost base
- Support senior management in marketing and business with relevant insights and input to build annual operation plans and to implement media on a global level
- Proactively communicate with markets on status and results of various Media Procurement lead initiatives.
- Develop advanced, best in industry digital and performance marketing media KPI’s together with Marketing and digital functions and implements the TCO approach on digital.
- Drive innovation programs in your category to continually search for value improvement opportunities
- Set up an annual financial auditing program and overseeing result.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Digital Procurement manager to support JDE E-commerce business in selection, contracting and management of a diverse portfolio of tech, data and marketing services suppliers, including small businesses and start-up’s
