Will you be joining our ambitious Global Supply Chain organisation? We are on the look out for a Customer Collaboration Lead eCommerce.

Within this role you will act as a single point of contact for our online pure players who operate on global or regional level. Together with the international Key Account Manager and the customer commercial & supply chain representatives you will build a joined strategic agenda to drive consumer value through supply chain collaboration. In this role you work closely with the international sales teams & commercial market teams (Sales & Supply Chain) and customers to identify opportunities based on commercial-and operational objectives to determine and validate improvement initiatives.  

Responsibilities:

  • Co-creating strategic vision for your accounts together with sales & MSU and develop Customer Business Plan
  • Developing granular cost-to-serve visibility / dashboard
  • Building a global supply chain community within JDE for the eCommerce customers
  • Facilitating and structuring a tiered daily management of the operational metrics
  • Driving performance control system based on standard KPIs, systematic problem solving based on root cause analysis, and systematic.

For this role as a Customer Collaboration Lead eCommerce, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • A completed bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Commercial
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience and 3-5 yrs experience in a relevant position
  • Prior experience in an eCommerce customer facing- / supply chain role
  • An excellent ability to manage stakeholders (internal & external) and building lasting trustful relationships
  • Good overall knowledge of the Order to Cash business processes
  • Good understanding of the SAP functionality of the relevant function(s)
  • Affinity to system and process flows and ability to work on IT related projects (such as EDI, Robotics, PowerBI)
  • Fluency in English is essential.
