Job Description

The Global HR Technology & People Analytics team is pivotal in ensuring a great user experience for our associates, a digitalized HR Function and ensuring decisions are made based on data. The team is responsible for developing and driving the HR Technology and People Analytics strategy. Working with the other global HR centers of excellence, Finance, IT and the countries, the team makes sure to scope new requirements, include them on the short- & long-term planning of initiatives and ensures timely delivery.

Some of the initiatives are full-scale implementation projects, some are improvements within the existing technology landscape. The current landscape includes SuccessFactors, CruncHR, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone and Condeco. The team always investigates new technologies and keeps up with HR Technology trends to ensure JDE stays up to date with the latest technology.

Additionally, the team is responsible for driving the people analytics journey at JDE. Enabling the HR function to make data driven decisions by implementing enabling technology, capability building and pioneering best-practice dashboards.

The technical support is outsourced to a third party, allowing the team to work close to the business.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Working with business process owners to identify potential improvements in processes, supported by HR technology, data & analytics (identifying requirements)
  • Co-piloting standardization and improvement of processes based on best practises, while meeting business needs
  • Developing optimal solutions in collaboration with IT, in line with costs, policies & guidelines
  • Project managing implementations, changes and decommissioning of technology
  • Contributing to the strategy of people analytics and driving the deployment of initiatives for a data driven HR function
  • Creating periodical (standardized) dashboards and performing detailed ad-hoc analysis to answer business needs
  • Monitoring functional interfaces between systems, drive root cause analysis through support partner and implement improvements to prevent issues from recurring
  • Providing support to key-users networks & supporting in creating automated trainings for new key-user onboardings.

For the HR Technology & People Analytics Lead, we’re looking for someone who has the following work experience & skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in working with HR Technology, preferably some of it with SuccessFactors
  • Basic experience with data structures & performing analysis on HR data
  • Previous working experience in a multi-national role, combined with projects
  • Good understanding of HR functional processes
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast paced environment
  • Expected to be open to explore methods to increase efficiencies and productivity
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communicator with a service minded attitude
  • Able to manage and connect with multiple stakeholders of multiple levels and backgrounds
  • Comfortable with technology and able to explain complex issues/concepts in simple terms.
