Global Revenue Growth Manager

Job Description

The objective of the Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) role is to unlock full value potential from our portfolio of products and brands across our markets. It also aims to leverage internal and external data availability to make the right revenue management trade-offs, linking data analytics to drive commercial decision making. Main focus areas of RGM are price pack architecture, pricing, promotion, assortment and trade terms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead local RGM projects (3 to 4 months)
  • Lead global RGM initiatives (3 to 6 months)
  • Develop & upgrade global RGM tools to support but also challenge local teams
  • Deliver RGM training across the organization

 

As an RGM Manager, you act as an internal consultant for JDE, supporting global and local management teams to set commercial direction and priorities. You operate in a dynamic environment and in strong collaboration with the local teams ranging from General Manager to Sales and (Shopper) Marketing or KAM. Moreover, you are responsible to spread the RGM methodology and support the countries in generating the required local insights. You will help to identify relevant data sources, transform data into insights and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. Your role will be both supporting and challenging to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The role reports to the Global Data, Sales Analytics and Project Lead, part of the Global Sales Team.

To be set up for success in this role you must have relevant experience in a CPG / FMCG environment with 3-5 years of commercial and/or consultancy/project management experience. We recruit an internationally oriented person who can work across multiple geographies/regions and fit local needs into a globally designed role. Furthermore, you are able and willing to travel when required. We are a lean global organization, so you need an entrepreneurial mind-set, allowing you to think high level while at the same time being eager to roll up your sleeves.     

For this role as an RGM Manager we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • CPG / FMCG industry experience is essential (3-5 years in a commercial role).
  • Ideally you have experience with Revenue Growth Management in a comparable role
  • Effective communication & ability to influence
  • Analytical skills & result-oriented is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management (from General Manager to KAM)
  • Fluency in English
  • Business & commercial acumen
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and/or globally (Ranging from a few days to up to 2 weeks, for global locations).
