All JDE Digital teams have an agile mindset but focus on different needs (KPI’s) this means that focus and delivery is sometimes a challenging discission, you have to own how choices are made and be able to rationalize decisions.

Responsibilities 

This is what we love to see in you in the role as Global Solution Architect - Digital:

  • Accountable as Digital Advisor -  to enable Digital vision of the Enterprise, identify opportunities for differentiating digital capabilities & solutions and thereby Own, Manage, Maintain & Improve the Digital technology footprint & solutions complementing the JDE Business Processes & digital realities
  • Engage as Expert in Digital Marketing & Service - closely & seamlessly with Product Owners, Business Services & Solutions team, other Business & IT stakeholders and Technology partners to influence & drive Innovation & Digitization for Standardization, Harmonization & Simplification of Processes & IT solutions with clear KPI’s to improve Business Value
  • Lead Mastery & Excellence in Delivery – Repeatable & Predictable, Shortest Time to Market, Lowest Cost & Maximum Quality by leveraging Playbooks & Industry Best Practices
  • Own Application Life Cycle Management - including technology acquisitions, template definition & modifications, implementations & roll outs , reliability & performance assurance, support & maintenance, knowledge management and retirement through Cost for Cash & Value leadership
  • Bring Transformation and Innovation forward and actively contribute to the business & IT strategy including its execution

For this role as Global Solution Architect - Digital, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum 7 years of IT & e-commerce and digital business/industry experience.
  • Deep understanding and at minimal conceptual understanding in leading solution architecture of e-commerce, digital domain & mobile solutions.
  • Experience with web & commerce content management systems like EpiServer, Magento, Salesforce etc with knowledge of integration with different CRM or ERP solutions.
  • Understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand side (how people/companies are using technology) and the supply side (emerging technologies).
  • Experience in interacting with 3rd party application providers, product vendors, external consultants and system integrators.
  • Excellent Analytical, Strategic conceptual thinking & Consulting Skills.
  • Managed E2E IT solutions (including overall costs & budgets). 
  • Has proven to be able to contribute to a strategy in this area and has ability to work on transformation, innovation & continuous improvement.
  • Awareness of FMCG industry environment, latest IT trends & challenges specific to the industry and how IT can address business problems & add business value within a company
