Job Description

Global IT Identity & Access Manager leads the center of excellence for Identity and Access Management processes throughout within JDE. 

The Global IT Identity & Access Manager is responsible for providing overall governance, direction and oversight for the IAM processes.  The role is also responsible for increasing awareness on the importance of IAM towards process, security and internal control compliance. 

Global IT Identity & Access Manager Function reports directly to the Global IT Security and Compliance Manager.

The key goals of the Global IT Identity & Access Manager are to:

  • Provide overall governance, direction and oversight for the IAM processes.
  • Define and continuously monitor compliance and improvement of identity management policies and processes
  • Interact regularly with stakeholders and project teams to embed the IAM components successfully in new and existing applications, by defining and managing of business rules and roles
  • Manage the offshore support organization and second line functional support on Identity & Access Management issues encountered by business where the Application Maintenance Services need additional guidance and support
  • Implement, safeguard and improve the security of information assets and personal data and adherence to compliance requirements.

For this role as a Global Identity & Access Manager, we are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of IT and Business/Industry work experience
  • Experience in managing and implementing Identity Management solutions (e.g. SAP Identity Management, SailPoint, Okta) and SAP GRC Access Control
  • Experience in E2E integration between HR, IDM, AD
  • Experience in defining and maintaining SAP Authorization Concepts (ECC, APO, BW, HANA) and RBAC models for other applications
  • Experience in Non-SAP IAM processes where backend is integrated with SAP
  • Been part of large global multi–million-dollar implementation programs with experience in process lead roles, working on design thinking, application selection, blue printing, design, build, testing, deployment and user training
  • Experience in IAM for Cloud Based solutions like Salesforce
  • Knowledge in Federation, SAML and other industry standard authentication/authorization solutions
  • Preferred: CISA, CISM or similar certifications
